TRONOS, Feat. MEGADETH, NAPALM DEATH Members, Issue EPK-Style Video Interview For Debut Album ‘Celestial Mechanics’

UK-based metal group Tronos issued debut full-length studio album Celestial Mechanics on April 12th, 2019 through Century Media Records.

The band commented: “It’s been a labour of love for us over the past few years now and we are excited to see what the reaction will be out there amongst the metal fraternity! We hope that you will find something of a reward deep within the labyrinth…”

Celestial Mechanics features guest appearances from the following musicians; Denis ‘Snake’ Belanger (Voivod, vocals), Erica Nockalls (The Wonder Stuff, vocals and violin) as well as three bass players, namely Billy Gould (Faith No More), Troy Sanders (Mastodon) and Dan Lilker (Nuclear Assault, S.O.D.).

Included is a cover rendition of ‘Johnny Blade’; written by Black Sabbath, its original version appeared on September 1978’s Never Say Die!.

Mixing was handled by Jaime Gomez Arellano, as well as Tronos member Russ Russell.

An EPK-style video interview for the outing can be viewed below. In the clip, Tronos members Shane Embury and Russ Russell discuss the formation of the group as well as other interesting and noteworthy details about Celestial Mechanics.

A music video was released for the track ‘Judas Cradle’. In addition, an official lyric video was created for the song ‘Premonition’. Both clips can be viewed below.
