OBLITERATIONS Unveil Music Video For ‘Scapegoat’ Track

Los Angeles, California-based hardcore / punk group Obliterations have released a music video for the track ‘Scapegoat’. Directed and edited by Ian McCullough at Annotation Films, the clip can be viewed below.

Obliterations issued debut full-length studio album Poison Everything on October 13th, 2014 in Europe through Southern Lord Recordings. The label scheduled North American release for the 14th.

The outing was recorded over a three-day period with producer Chris Owens at Dave Grohl’s Studio 606. Mixing was handled by Kurt Ballou at God City Studio in Salem, Massachusetts, with mastering being handled by Brad Boatright at Audiosiege.

Cover artwork duties fell to tattoo artist Derrick Snodgrass.

Shot and directed by photographer Rick Rodney of Los Angeles-based hardcore ensemble Strife, a music video was released for the track ‘Mind Ain’t Right’. The video was built from photos taken on black and white 35mm film at a local show, the show in question having taken place at Hollywood venue The Kibitz Room and having been hosted by skateboard personality Tino Razo and the Supreme Skate Shop. Editing was overseen by Zach Marshall.
