GOJIRA Issue Animated Music Video For New Single ‘Another World’

French metal band Gojira have released an official animated music video for the track ‘Another World’. Directed by Maxime Tiberhgien and Sylvain Favre, the clip can be viewed below.

Regarding the song, frontman Joseph Duplantier said: “It is with great excitement that we’re presenting our new track ‘Another World’. Ferdinand Magellan once said: ‘It is with an iron will that we’ll embark on the most daring of all endeavors, to meet the shadowy future without fear and conquer the unknown.’ Is humanity doomed, or will we survive nature’s wrath? Take a glimpse into our shadowy future by watching our take on 1968’s Planet Of The Apes… Another World!”

‘Another World’ was released as a digital single on August 5th, 2020 through Roadrunner Records and is available here.

The song was recorded and produced by Joe Duplantier at his own Silver Cord Studio in New York City. Mixing duties fell to Andy Wallace..

Gojira’s seventh full-length studio album is slated for issue in 2021.

Mario Duplantier (drums)

Sixth studio record Magma was released in June 2016 via Roadrunner.
