EDGEDOWN Sign Contract With Massacre Records

Freilassing, Germany-based heavy metal group Edgedown inked a record contract with Massacre Records, revealing this development on January 1st, 2014.
Edgedown originally formed in March 2008 as a cover band. Less than a year later, the outfit concentrated on writing and recording material, issuing a three-song demo in 2010. The band’s line-up was completed during 2010 and 2011 with the addition of bassist Stefan Rehrl and drummer Peter Ramspott completed the band’s line-up during 2010 and 2011 respectively. Support dates with Epica and Serenity as well as a slot at Austria’s Metalfest Open Air followed.
Edgedown issued debut full-length album Statues Fall on April 25th, 2014 through Massacre Records.
