WINTERSTORM Release Lyric Video For New Track ‘Fate Of The Atlanteans’

German power metal band Winterstorm have released an official lyric video for the track ‘Fate Of The Atlanteans’. Created by Ingo Spörl, the clip can be viewed below.

Winterstorm issue fifth full-length studio album Everfrost on September 22nd, 2023 through AFM Records.

“Our style has clearly evolved in recent years,” commented guitarist Michael Liewald. “Its consistently developing, unexpected progression and varied dynamics definitely make Everfrost our most multi-faceted number yet. Everfrost features no gap fillers, this is clearly the best album of our career so far.”

All tracks on Everfrost were written by Michael Liewald, with lyrics written by frontman Alexander Schirmer. “The album is about a civilisation on the brink of extinction, triggered by the ruthless exploitation of its planet. It’s also about overcoming the resulting problems,” Schirmer said.

Everfrost was produced and arranged by Michael Liewald, and mixed and mastered by Olaf Reitmeier at Wolfsburg’s Gate Studios.

Leaves Eyes’ frontwoman Elina Siirala guests on the track ‘The Phoenix Died (Remember)’. ‘Final Journey’ includes grunts courtesy of former Equilibrium frontman Robse Martin Dahn, meanwhile.

Fourth studio record Cube Of Infinity was released in August 2016 via NoiseArt Records.
