DEE SNIDER Releases Fourth Solo Studio Album ‘For The Love Of Metal’

Dee Snider, vocalist of Long Island, New York-based metal group Twisted Sister, issued fourth full-length solo studio album For The Love Of Metal on July 27th, 2018 through Napalm Records.

For The Love Of Metal was produced by Hatebreed vocalist Jamey Jasta, and features guest contributions from the following; Howard Jones (Light The Torch / ex-Killswitch Engage vocalist), Mark Morton (Lamb Of God guitarist), Alissa White-Gluz (Arch Enemy / ex-The Agonist frontwoman), Joel Grind and Nick Bellmore (both of Toxic Holocaust), and Charlie Bellmore (Kingdom Of Sorrow guitarist).

Snider commented: “This is a really incredibly exciting album that I did not expect to make, especially at this point in my life. Jamey Jasta challenged me to make a contemporary rock record… and I rose to the challenge!”

Jamey Jasta added: “I’m so happy and proud to have been a part of this project, Dee Snider is an American original, there is no other voice like his on earth, his power and passion really shine through on this album. Metal brings us all together and with Dee still at the forefront, it’s a great time to be a fan of heavy music!”

Music videos were filmed for the title track and the songs ‘Become The Storm’, ‘American Made’, ‘Lies Are A Business’ and ‘Tomorrow’s No Concern’. In addition, official lyric videos were created for the tracks ‘Tomorrow’s No Concern’ and ‘I Am The Hurricane’. All seven clips can be viewed below.

Third solo studio record We Are The Ones was released in October 2016 via earMUSIC, excluding North America. North American issue was handled by River Red Records, with distribution through BFD / RED.
