San Francisco, California-based metal group Trauma recruited guitarist Jeff Jones (founding member of St. Elmo’s Fire), revealing this development on August 2nd, 2015.

Drummer and co-founder Kris Gustofson issued the following statement: “Trauma has returned to deliver more face-melting heavy metal unto the hungry masses and having Jeff Jones onboard is going help us by adding some new dimensions to our sound and overall vibe. Recent rehearsals have been sounding awesome!!!! So, with that being said, he is our new guy in the band as of this week. He is an awesome guitarist and songwriter too.”

Jones replaces Kurt Fry, who handled guitar duties from 2013 until 2015 and appeared on February 2015 studio record Rapture And Wrath.
