THE GENTLE STORM Issue Performance Video For ‘Brightest Light’ Track

Dutch metal duo The Gentle Storm, the collaboration between Ayreon mainman Arjen Lucassen and former The Gathering vocalist Anneke Van Giersbergen, issued debut full-length studio album The Diary on March 23rd, 2015 in Europe through Inside Out Music. The label scheduled North American release for the 24th.

The Gentle Storm have issued a live performance video for the track ‘Brightest Light’. Filmed during the band’s show at the Cultuurpodium Boerderij in Zoetermeer, Netherlands on November 13th, 2015, the clip can be viewed below.

A double-disc affair, the inaugural disc sports metal, while the second disc boasts lighter folk arrangements. Cover artwork duties fell to Alexandra V. Bach, who was commissioned by Lucassen on the strength of her cover artwork design for 2014 Stream Of Passion full-length A War Of Our Own.
