TERAMAZE Release Music Video For Cover Of SAVAGE GARDEN’s ‘Break Me Shake Me’
December 15th, 2020

Melbourne, Australia-based progressive metal band Teramaze have filmed a music video for their cover of Savage Garden’s ‘Break Me Shake Me’, which can be viewed below. The original version of ‘Break Me Shake Me’ appeared on Savage Garden’s 1997 self-titled debut album.

Lead singer, guitarist and songwriter Dean Wells commented: “Most of our fans know that I am a massive Savage Garden fan and we thought it would be fun to do our own version of their smash hit ‘Break Me Shake Me’.

“We wanted to do a respectful homage to the original version, but add the appropriate amount guitar grit and shred that fans would expect from a Teramaze song.

“We live in such a crazy time that putting something light and fun out felt like the right thing to do. It’s a great track and I really enjoyed singing this one.”

‘Break Me Shake Me’ was issued independently as a digital single on December 15th, 2020 and is available on all streaming platforms.

The song was recorded and mixed by Dean Wells at Wells Productions, while mastering duties fell to Thomas “Plec” Johansson at The Panic Room in Skövde, Sweden.

Teramaze’s line-up is as follows:

Dean Wells (vocals and guitar)
Chris Zoupa (guitar)
Andrew Cameron (bass)
Nick Ross (drums)

Seventh studio record I Wonder was released independently in October 2020 via Wells Music.
