SKUGGSJÁ Make Debut Studio Album ‘A Piece For Mind & Mirror’ Available For Streaming In Its Entirety

Norwegian pagan metal group Skuggsjá issue debut full-length studio album A Piece For Mind & Mirror on March 11th, 2016 through Season Of Mist.

The effort has been made available for streaming in its entirety through SoundCloud, and can be accessed below.

Skuggsjá was originally conceived as a commissioned musical work written by Enslaved’s Ivar Bjørnson and Wardruna’s Einar Selvik. The arrangement was performed by Enslaved and Wardruna in commemoration of the 200th anniversary of the Norwegian constitution at the 2014 edition of Norway’s Eidsivablot festival.

Making guest appearances on A Piece For Mind & Mirror are the following musicians; Grutle Kjellson (vocals, Enslaved), Lindy-Fay Hella (vocals, Wardruna), Eilif Gundersen (birch bark lure), Olav L. Mjelva (Harding fiddle), and Cato Bekkevold (drums, Enslaved).

Skuggsjá’s line-up is as follows;

Ivar Bjørnson (vocals, guitars, bass and keyboards, Enslaved)
Einar Selvik (vocals, taglharpa, Kravik-lyre, goat-horn, birch-bark lure, bone-flute, percussion and electronics, Wardruna)
