Moorsele, Belgium-based brutal death metal band Fractured Insanity issued third full-length studio album Man Made Hell on April 15th, 2016 through Xtreem Music.
The outing was mixed and mastered by the Wieslawski brothers at Hertz Studio in Białystok, Poland.
Cover artwork was created by Threadbare Artwork (Jean-Philippe Sonnet).
