BABYMETAL: Second Studio Album ‘Metal Resistance’ Enters UK Top 20 And US Top 40

Metal Resistance – the second full-length studio album from Japanese teenage girl pop metal group BABYMETAL – shifted 12,914 equivalent album units in the United States in its first week of release, of which 12,240 were pure album sales. The effort charted at position 38 on the Billboard 200. Metal Resistance charted at position 15 in the UK, as well as charting in France, Germany and Japan.
BABYMETAL issued second full-length studio album Metal Resistance on April 1st, 2016 through earMUSIC in Europe, and RAL / Sony Music Entertainment in the United States.
Metal Resistance was made available in the following formats; CD, 2LP, and special limited edition box set with exclusive T-shirt.
