Philadelphia, Pennsylvania-based hardcore band Jesus Piece issue second full-length studio album …So Unknown<\/em> on April 14th, 2023 through Century Media Records.<\/p>\n

…So Unknown<\/em> was co-produced and mixed by Randy LeBouef. \u201cThe making of the record was nothing short of all-consuming,\u201d commented drummer Luis Aponte. \u201cIt was an intense and challenging process. The record reflects a lot of confusion, but also, evolution. There was a lot of uncertainty and emotion during the pandemic\u2013 we all changed and grew so much. So if there is a single thought or concept to the record, it\u2019s constant metamorphosis. That\u2019s also how we operated as a band on this LP \u2013 spending a lot of time songwriting and fleshing things out as a unit, and then upping our game from there. It\u2019s definitely a reflection of us as more mature, playing the best we\u2019ve ever played and feeling like a real band for the first time.\u201d<\/p>\n

Directed by Eric Richter, a music video was filmed for the track \u2018Gates Of Horn\u2019. \u201cThe number one thing is the live performance,\u201d said Aponte. \u201cYou can be in the studio and make that record sound insane but if you\u2019re not giving that same energy, that same feeling when you play live, it just doesn\u2019t matter.\u201d<\/p>\n

Also directed by Eric Richter, a music video was filmed for the song \u2018An Offering To The Night\u2019.<\/p>\n
