I\u2019m always wary of a band whose past song titles include \u2018Raped & Pissed\u2019, \u2018Shit-Eating Ritual\u2019 and \u2018Bitches Blood\u2019, and the sickness very much continues with this brief yet horrifying heap of death \/ grind that laps at the soggy corpse of Carcass and the likes.<\/p>\n

The gnashing, mashed up guitars here are fetid, squalid and slurping, as are the sickly vocal spews, and yet it\u2019s all delivered in a rather catchy style as the manky \u2018Dead Whore Eyes\u2019 overtakes the equally mouldy \u2018Torture Cellar\u2019. Slow-building segments of pus-filled drudgery is the order of the day here as this Russian trio create colossal furnaces of festering flesh led by putrid percussion.<\/p>\n

The EP offers four tracks and a brief intro, with the last cut being a cover of Mortician\u2019s \u2018Cannibalized\u2019 which sums up the vile intentions of this unhinged band. Again though, for me it\u2019s about those gnashing, ashen riffs and blast beat bludgeons as on \u2018Torture Cellar\u2019, but peel back those septic folds and you\u2019ll hear plenty of infected catchiness too that is never a world away from the morgues of Mortician and the aforementioned Carcass. This is music for those who like to munch on mulch.<\/p>\n
