WEDNESDAY 13 Unveils Music Video For New Track \u2018Good Day To Be A Bad Guy\u2019<\/strong><\/span>

Los Angeles, California-based horror punk musician Wednesday 13 has filmed a music video for the track \u2018Good Day To Be A Bad Guy\u2019, which can be viewed below.<\/p>\n

Wednesday 13 commented: \u201c\u2018Good Day To Be A Bad Guy\u2019 is one of my favourite tracks off the new album. This track definitely has an earlier Wednesday 13 sound to it, with the horror punk hammer in full swing and excessive use of the \u201cF\u201d word.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe video carries on with the horror movie theme with another tribute to one of my favourite films from the 80s, Halloween III: Season Of The Witch<\/em> (1982).\u201d<\/p>\n

Wednesday 13 issues ninth solo full-length studio album Horrifier<\/em> on October 7th, 2022 through Napalm Records.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe last three releases have seen the band explore new ground with heavier songs, drums, and vocals,\u201d Wednesday 13 commented. \u201cComing out of the Covid crisis, I promised I would not release a sad, depressing record. I wanted to make a fun, horror themed rock record that would be reminiscent of the first few Wednesday 13 records. The new album is a fun, fast-paced, thriller!\u201d<\/p>\n

Horrifier<\/em> was produced and recorded by Wednesday 13, with mixing and mastering by Brent Clawson.<\/p>\n

A music video was filmed for the track \u2018You\u2019re So Hideous\u2019. \u201c\u2018You\u2019re So Hideous\u2019 is such a catchy track and it\u2019s one of the very first ones I wrote for the album,\u201d Wednesday 13 said. \u201cLyrically, it\u2019s a modern day Medusa story\u2026 Beware the stare into her eyes. The music video was of course inspired by The Exorcist<\/em> film (1973) and was a lot of fun recreating that.\u201d<\/p>\n

A music was also filmed for the song \u2018Insides Out\u2019. \u201cOur latest single \u2018Insides Out\u2019 is a very heavy song, so it only made sense to make a video to match the sound!,\u201d Wednesday 13 shared. \u201cTorture and violence is the main theme of this song, and we continue along the lines of the last music video with another horror movie theme here too.\u201d<\/p>\n

Eighth solo studio record Necrophaze<\/em> was released<\/a> in September 2019 via Nuclear Blast.<\/p>\n
