Bochum, Germany-based metal band Rage issued six-track EP Spreading The Plague<\/em><\/a> on September 30th, 2022 through Steamhammer \/ SPV.<\/p>\n

Spreading The Plague<\/em> consists of the tracks \u2018To Live And To Die\u2019, \u2018Spreading The Plague\u2019 and \u2018The King Has Lost His Crown\u2019, all three from the production phase of Rage\u2019s 2021 album Resurrection Day and previously unreleased. <\/p>\n

Frontman Peter \u2018Peavy\u2019 Wagner explains: \u201cThese are numbers that we recorded at the same studio quality level as our Resurrection Day material but have deliberately held back until now to have something special up our sleeve for our fans when we\u2019ll be able to tour again at last.\u201d <\/p>\n

Rounding out the EP are three bonus tracks: an unplugged version of \u2018A New Land\u2019; \u2018The Price Of War 2.0\u2019 which was previously released<\/a> in June 2020 as a digital single, and a live version of the track \u2018Straight To Hell\u2019 – a live stream from the Balve Cave venue in July 2020.<\/p>\n
