Athens, Greece-based thrash metal band Amken have filmed a music video for the track \u2018Somewhere Past The Burning Sun\u2019. Directed by Haris Kountouris (HK Visual Creations), the clip can be viewed below.<\/p>\n

Regarding the song, the band stated: \u201c\u2018Somewhere Past The Burning Sun\u2019 is a very personal song. It\u2019s like talking to yourself in the mirror, trying to remind you to keep pushing and keep going forward. It\u2019s hard to live as yourself in a world that rewards homogeneity, but it is worth the try!\u201d<\/p>\n

Amken issued second full-length studio album Passive Aggression<\/em><\/a> on August 26th, 2022 through Massacre Records.<\/p>\n

Passive Aggression<\/em> was produced by Fotis Benardo and Amken at Devasoundz Studios in Athens, Benardo additionally mixing. Mastering was handled by George Neratzis, meanwhile.<\/p>\n

Cover artwork was designed by Adam Burke.<\/p>\n
