AMOTH Unveil Music Video For \u2018Alice\u2019 Track<\/strong><\/span>

Helsinki, Finland-based melodic \/ progressive metal band Amoth have filmed a music video for the track \u2018Alice\u2019, which can be viewed below.<\/p>\n

Speaking about the song, guitarist Tomi Ihanam\u00e4ki said: \u201cThe verse riff of this song was shown to me by Alice Cooper in my dream! I woke up and immediately wrote the riff down. That\u2019s where the name of this song comes from, so thanks Alice!<\/p>\n

\u201cThere are two main characters in this song: a stripper and her pimp. The lyrics are almost like a dialogue between those two. Very catchy and \u2018easy to get into\u2019 song with strong and memorable melodies. I knew this song needed an 80s style chorus so that\u2019s what it has.\u201d<\/p>\n

Amoth issued third full-length studio album The Hour Of The Wolf<\/em> on January 28th, 2022 through Rockshots Records.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is by far our best album yet! Superior performances from all of the musicians,\u201d commented guitarist and main songwriter Tomi Ihanam\u00e4ki. \u201cMuch better production and songwriting. It\u2019s not a fast-food album. Some of the songs are quite complex so it takes probably more than one listen to really get into!\u201d <\/p>\n
