SPACE CHASER Unveil Music Video For \u2018Juggernaut\u2019 Track<\/strong><\/span>

Berlin, Germany-based thrash metal band Space Chaser have filmed a music video for the track \u2018Juggernaut\u2019, which can be viewed below.<\/p>\n

Regarding the video, the band stated: \u201cFreeze your ass off in a Berlin club for two days and assemble a disrupted desert landscape from another planet? We thought that was a fantastic Space Chaser idea! Together with our buddies from Peregrine Films we brought the Juggernaut – the merciless, warmongering monster – to life and sent him on a destructive journey. In well known \u2018sci-fi meets thrash metal\u2019 style, we deliver the matching short film for our song \u2018Juggernaut\u2019 and headbang our brains out along the way. Watch out that you don\u2019t get buried under the tank chains! BOOM!.\u201d<\/p>\n

Space Chaser issued third full-length studio album Give Us Life<\/em> on July 18th, 2021 through Metal Blade Records.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat we do is contemporary thrash metal, if you will, and while still having the \u2018old-school\u2019 elements everyone loves, we try to incorporate some of the influences that we expose ourselves to,\u201d Space Chaser commented. \u201cOver the last ten years, this kind of music progressed a lot, and of course that has its influence on us. But what we do is still thrash metal, we just hope we\u2019re able to translate it a little bit better into 2021.\u201d<\/p>\n

Give Us Life<\/em> was recorded at Hidden Planet in the band\u2019s hometown with Jan Oberg, with production from guitarist Leo Schacht and drummer Matthias Scheuerer with the help of Oberg,<\/p>\n

Mastering was handled by Dan Swan\u00f6 of Unisound Studios. \u201cIt was the smoothest recording process we have ever had. Everybody went in perfectly prepared and every idea worked out just how we anticipated. It\u2019s almost surreal, though being satisfied with your production can lead you to get lost in details forever – and the intro for \u2018Burn Them All\u2019 was a bitch!\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWe never felt so pumped and ready for whatever life throws at us,\u201d Space Chaser added. \u201cI think every band just wants to get as big a name in the metal world as possible, and we are no exception. We really hope to expand our fanbase outside of Germany with Give Us Life<\/em>, and we never even dreamt of getting the chance to release a record through Metal Blade. Furthermore, we definitely want to tour a lot as soon as we are allowed to. We are anxious to leave Europe for the first time, and we want to prove that we are capable of delivering on an international standard.\u201d<\/p>\n
