Trollh\u00e4ttan, Sweden-based metal band Trial issued two-track EP Sisters Of The Moon<\/em> on January 29th, 2021 through Metal Blade Records.<\/p>\n

Sisters Of The Moon<\/em> marks the recording debut of frontman Arthur W. Andersson, who replaced predecessor Linus Johansson during 2019.<\/p>\n

Comprising of cover renditions of the tracks \u2018Sisters Of The Moon\u2019 and \u2018Die Young\u2019, recorded during the summer of 2020. Written by Fleetwood Mac\u2019s vocalist Stevie Nicks, the original version of \u2018Sisters Of The Moon\u2019 was featured on Fleetwood Mac\u2019s October 1979 outing Tusk<\/em>. Authored by the respective band as a whole, meanwhile, \u2018Die Young\u2019 appeared on April 1980 Black Sabbath jaunt Heaven And Hell<\/em>.<\/p>\n

\u201cWith \u2018Sisters Of The Moon\u2019, we decided to pay tribute to one of the biggest bands out there, the Mighty Mac,\u201d Trial commented. \u201cOur version is a different take than the original, filled with blazing guitar duels and piercing vocals. This is a side of Trial you\u2019ve never heard before,\u201d the band explained. \u201cFor our Sabbath cover, it all made sense to record \u2018Die Young\u2019, as it is the most outstanding song on Heaven And Hell<\/em>. This one is more true to the original, and we are happy to share both of the songs with you.\u201d<\/p>\n

Sisters Of The Moon<\/em> was recorded, produced, mixed and mastered by Olof Berggren, while cover artwork was created by Costin Chioreanu.<\/p>\n

Directed and edited by Costin Chioreanu, a music video was created for the title track. The clip can be viewed below.<\/p>\n

Third studio record Motherless<\/em> was released<\/a> in April 2017 via Metal Blade Records.<\/p>\n
