Geneva, Switzerland-based melodic blackened death metal band Stortregn issue fifth full-length studio album Impermanence<\/em> on March 12th, 2021 through The Artisan Era.<\/p>\n

Impermanence<\/em> can be streamed in its entirety via YouTube below.<\/p>\n

The band commented: \u201cWith a downpour of eight cosmic tracks, crafted with stellar riffs, thundering blast beats, and violence, we are ready to unleash our fifth studio album Impermanence<\/em> onto the world!<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019ve put our souls into this craft, exploring a wide range of musical influences and themes, all interconnected to create a paradigm of epicness. With this album, we managed to merge the contemporary tech-death sound and ideas with our older influences. The song \u2018Cosmos Eater\u2019 was co-written by former Stortregn live guitarist Andr\u00e9 Merlin, who also contributes a solo on the track. Meanwhile, singer Alessia Mercado provides guest vocals on the song \u2018Ghosts Of The Past\u2019.<\/p>\n

Impermanence<\/em> was recorded, mixed and mastered by Vladimir Cochet at Conatus Studios in Switzerland.<\/p>\n

Cover artwork was created by Italian painter Paolo Girardi.<\/p>\n
