Melbourne, Australia-based progressive metal band Teramaze have filmed a music video for their cover of Savage Garden\u2019s \u2018Break Me Shake Me\u2019, which can be viewed below. The original version of \u2018Break Me Shake Me\u2019 appeared on Savage Garden\u2019s 1997 self-titled debut album.<\/p>\n

Lead singer, guitarist and songwriter Dean Wells commented: \u201cMost of our fans know that I am a massive Savage Garden fan and we thought it would be fun to do our own version of their smash hit \u2018Break Me Shake Me\u2019.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe wanted to do a respectful homage to the original version, but add the appropriate amount guitar grit and shred that fans would expect from a Teramaze song.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe live in such a crazy time that putting something light and fun out felt like the right thing to do. It\u2019s a great track and I really enjoyed singing this one.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u2018Break Me Shake Me\u2019 was issued independently as a digital single on December 15th, 2020 and is available on all streaming platforms.<\/p>\n

The song was recorded and mixed by Dean Wells at Wells Productions, while mastering duties fell to Thomas \u201cPlec\u201d Johansson at The Panic Room in Sk\u00f6vde, Sweden.<\/p>\n
