NIGHTFALL Issue Live Performance Video For \u2018Meteor Gods\u2019 Track<\/strong><\/span>

Athens, Greece-based melodic death metal band Nightfall have released a live performance video for the track \u2018Meteor Gods\u2019. Directed by Antoine de Montremy and filmed during the band\u2019s show at the Gagarin club in Athens on November 13th last year, the clip can be viewed below.<\/p>\n

Vocalist Efthimis Karadimas commented: \u201cThis is \u2018Meteor Gods\u2019, live! Nightfall had been away from stages for long time, as dedicated studio act exclusively. But no more! Not fucking more! We now are in the process of reestablishing our old fame as a powerful live act, and this very video is exactly about that: The live experience. Together with \u2018Witches\u2019 live video leave no doubts about why you must catch us live! We are so much into delivering our music on stage, there\u2019s nothing that could bring us down.\u201d<\/p>\n

Nightfall issued tenth full-length studio album At Night We Prey<\/em> on March 5th, 2021 through Season Of Mist.<\/p>\n

At Night We Prey<\/em> is a very dark and personal effort, tackling the topic of frontman Efthimis Karadimas\u2019s battle with depression. \u201cA beast I have experienced its teeth deep into my soul, I decided to come out and share that experience with metalheads,\u201d explained Karadimas. \u201cThis is the least I can offer now to the big fight against depression. If we do not stop this, it will eat us all alive. Share your pain, speak openly about it. This is the only way to kill the demons in your mind.\u201d<\/p>\n

The album was recorded at Devasoundz studios and Soundflakes studios in Athens, and produced by Efthimis Karadimas and Fotis Benardo. Mixing was handled by Jaime Gomez Arellano at Orgone Studios in Woburn, England, while mastering duties fell to Maor Appelbaum at Maor Appelbaum Mastering in Los Angeles, California.<\/p>\n

In addition, official lyric videos were created for the tracks \u2018Darkness Forever\u2019, \u2018Killing Moon\u2019 and \u2018Giants Of Anger\u2019. All five clips can also be viewed below.<\/p>\n

Ninth studio record Cassiopeia<\/em><\/a> was released in January 2013 via Metal Blade Records.<\/p>\n
