Haugesund, Norway-based Viking metal band Einherjer have released an official guitar playthrough video for the track \u2018The Blood And The Iron\u2019. Featuring guitarist Ole S\u00f8nstab\u00f8, the clip can be viewed below.<\/p>\n

Einherjer issued eighth full-length studio album proper North Star<\/em> on February 26th, 2021 through Napalm Records.<\/p>\n

Vocalist and bassist Frode Glesnes commented: \u201cNorth Star<\/em> is our eighth full length album, and follows in the (Norse) tracks of Norr\u00f8ne Spor<\/em>. The North Star is a symbol with numerous meanings. It can be guidance, or it can be a personal mission. Something to reach for. It\u2019s the Anchor of the Northern Sky. We need something steady in this rapidly shifting world we live in. The North Star<\/em> album is us reaching for something greater. Developing ourselves through a musical journey in classic Einherjer style \u2013 no bullshit, just proper Norse Heavy Metal!\u201d<\/p>\n

North Star<\/em> was recorded, produced and mixed by Frode Glesnes at Studio Borealis in Haugesund.<\/p>\n

Seventh studio record proper Norr\u00f8ne Spor<\/em> was released<\/a> in November 2018 via Indie Recordings.<\/p>\n
