\nJoel Hoekstra\u2019s 13 – spearheaded by American guitarist Joel Hoekstra (Whitesnake \/ ex-Night Ranger) – have released an official animated music video for the track \u2018Finish Line\u2019. Created by Wayne Joyner and Lucas Wormsbecher, the clip can be viewed below.<\/p>\n

Joel Hoekstra\u2019s 13 issue second full-length studio album Running Games<\/em> on February 12th, 2021 through Frontiers Music Srl. The outing can be pre-ordered here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Joel Hoekstra commented: \u201cYears ago, I released three solo albums of mainly instrumental guitar music. With Joel Hoekstra\u2019s 13, I am working on something that showcases my production, writing and playing in the genre that I am best known for, which is melodic hard rock.\u201d<\/p>\n
