Gothenburg, Sweden-based power metal band HammerFall issued Live! Against The World<\/em> album on October 23rd, 2020 through Napalm Records.<\/p>\n

Live! Against The World<\/em> was recorded on February 15th, 2020 at the MHP Arena in Ludwigsburg, Germany, as part of the World Dominion tour. As well as performing tracks off of the Dominion album, 2020 marked the 20th anniversary of third studio outing Renegade<\/em> (October 2000).<\/p>\n

Vocalist Joacim Cans commented: \u201cI am so damn proud that we are able to present a full blown, up-to-date, live show in these extremely difficult times. A time when real live shows in front of a \u2018real\u2019 live audience have ceased to exist.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe show at MHP Arena Ludwigsburg was nothing but epic and really captured the strength and power of the band as a live act and shows the joy we are experiencing together on stage every night, no matter where we play. This is the biggest stage production we ever had and now you can experience this at home anywhere, at any time.<\/p>\n

\u201cHammerFall is and always will be a live band and together with the greatest fans in the world we are an unstoppable force!\u201d<\/p>\n

Guitarist Oscar Dronjak added: \u201cThe live act that HammerFall is right now blows everything we have done previously out of the water, and I am super happy that we got to document it in this way on the biggest tour we have ever done.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe setlist speaks for itself – every album is represented with at least one song; there\u2019s stuff we have never performed live before, songs we haven\u2019t played in a long time and of course all the classics. It\u2019s a great testament to where we stand today, and an added bonus is that we finally got to record something major in Germany, in front of the fans who have been with us literally since day one.\u201d<\/p>\n

Live! Against The World<\/em> was made available in the following formats; Blu-ray and 2-CD digipak, 3-LP gatefold vinyl ink spot blue \/ white, 3-LP gatefold vinyl orange transparent, 48-page earbook including 2 CDs and Blu-ray, and digital album.<\/p>\n

Live performance videos were released for the tracks \u2018Never Forgive, Never Forget\u2019, \u2018Keep The Flame Burning\u2019 and \u2018Any Means Necessary\u2019. All three clips can be viewed below.<\/p>\n

Eleventh studio record Dominion<\/em> was released<\/a> in August 2019 via Napalm.<\/p>\n
