ONSLAUGHT Unveil Music Video For Title Track Of Latest Album \u2018Generation Antichrist\u2019<\/strong><\/span>

Bristol, England-based thrash metal band Onslaught have released a music video for the title track of their latest album Generation Antichrist<\/em>, which can be viewed below.<\/p>\n

The band stated: \u201cIt\u2019s cool to hear the sonic assault of the title track from the last Onslaught studio album, Generation Antichrist<\/em>, hitched up to the energetic visuals of the headline show that we put on for the UK\u2019s Bloodstock Festival. It keys things off nicely for a new level of total aggression we\u2019ve got planned for you all coming real soon… watch this space!\u201d<\/p>\n

Onslaught issued seventh full-length studio album Generation Antichrist<\/em> on August 7th, 2020 through AFM Records.<\/p>\n

Generation Antichrist<\/em> marks the first Onslaught album to feature new vocalist Dave Garnett. The Bull-Riff Stampede frontman replaces longtime Onslaught singer Sy Keeler, whose departure was confirmed on April 29th, 2020.<\/p>\n

Guitarist and founding member Nige Rockett commented: \u201cWow, we\u2019re stoked to \ufb01nally get this new album ready to go. It\u2019s been a huge challenge to get everything \ufb01nalised in light of recent events around the the world. We\u2019ve had to bend a few rules and do things in very unconventional ways to make it work, but we got it done.<\/p>\n

\u201cI gotta say this is one brutal record and could be a real game-changer for the future of Onslaught. It\u2019s a very earthy and extremely raw sounding album. We held back lot on the technology, and I think Daniel Bergstrand did an unbelievable job on the mix.<\/p>\n

\u201cEveryone really stepped up to the plate massively on Generation Antichrist<\/em>, but I have to single out our new vocalist Dave Garnett for smashing the vocals out of the park. It\u2019s an unenviable task to follow in the big shoes of Sy Keeler, but he\u2019s made this album his own and in his own very cool style, I\u2019m sure he\u2019s gonna be hugely popular with the fans!\u201d<\/p>\n

Generation Antichrist<\/em> was mixed by Daniel Bergstrand at Dugout Studios in Uppsala, Sweden.<\/p>\n

A music video was filmed for the track \u2018Bow Down To The Clowns\u2019. In addition, official lyric videos were created for the songs \u2018Religiousuicide\u2019 and \u2018Strike Fast Strike Hard\u2019. All three clips can also be viewed below.<\/p>\n

Sixth studio record VI<\/em><\/a> was released in September 2013 via AFM Records.<\/p>\n
