Stockholm, Sweden-based melodic hard rock band Eclipse have made their version of the Lisa Miskovsky song \u2018Driving One Of Your Cars\u2019 available for streaming, which can be accessed below.<\/p>\n

Originally released and recorded by Swedish singer-songwriter Lisa Miskovsky, \u2018Driving One Of Your Cars\u2019 was a huge hit single in Sweden during the spring of 2001.<\/p>\n

Eclipse frontman Erik Martensson commented: \u201cI clearly remember the first time I heard this song! I was in my car (go figure, right?) in Stockholm and the song came on the radio. I actually had to pull over to just stop and listen because I thought it was such a great tune.<\/p>\n

\u201cI actually got to perform the song with Lisa some ten years after I first heard it, which was really cool, and we\u2019ve been talking about recording it ever since. It\u2019s just one of those songs that get stuck in your head. It\u2019s been in mine for almost 20 years now. Once we started toying around with it, it very quickly started to feel like \u2018our\u2019 song. I\u2019m certain Eclipse fans who may not have heard the original version could easily think that it\u2019s an Eclipse composition. And then 20 years from now, I hope there\u2019s a new band around who can\u2019t get that old Eclipse song out of their head and decide to cover it. I\u2019ll sit in on backing vocals.\u201d<\/p>\n
