Tampere, Finland-based melodic death metal band Torchia have filmed a music video for the track \u2018Plague Peasant\u2019, which can be viewed below.<\/p>\n

Speaking about the song, frontman Edward Torchia said: \u201cThe up-tempo single \u2018Plague Peasant\u2019 is heavily driven by the melodic lead guitar, which has been the trademark of many Finnish melodic death metal bands, but not so often for Torchia. This song is somewhat an homage to our great countrymen and another favourite for all fans of old-school melodic death and Finnish sound.\u201d<\/p>\n

Torchia issue second full-length studio album The Coven<\/em> on March 27th, 2020 through Rockshots Records.<\/p>\n

The track \u2018Memoirs\u2019 can be streamed below.<\/p>\n

The Coven<\/em> was produced by Hiili Hiilesmaa.<\/p>\n

Cover artwork was once again created by Santiago Caruso.<\/p>\n
