LUTHAR\u00d6 Unveil Music Video For \u2018Blood Lightning\u2019 Track<\/strong><\/span>

Hamilton, Toronto, Canada-based melodic death \/ thrash metal band Luthar\u00f6 have filmed a music video for the track \u2018Blood Lightning\u2019, which can be viewed below.<\/p>\n

Regarding the song and video, the band stated: \u201cThe song \u2018Blood Lightning\u2019 is about having such an extreme passion for something so much so that it sets your soul on fire, for better or for worse. It is the endless struggle of putting your blood, sweat, and tears into something and receiving next to nothing in return. However, when you do catch a glimpse of your progress, it is enough to keep pushing forward even when you are constantly being beaten down and put to war.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe music video for \u2018Blood Lightning\u2019 showcases all of the physical, emotional, financial, etc. Hard work that is put into pursuing your dreams in music. The shots taken to look like the set of a video shoot are meant to resemble the business aspect \/ behind the scenes work of being a musician, but also the high of performing live and seeing your visions come to life. While the single shots of each member in the middle of a storm are meant to display the emotional sacrifices and hardships that each individual goes through.\u201d<\/p>\n

Luthar\u00f6 issued five-song EP Wings Of Agony<\/em> independently on March 27th, 2020.<\/p>\n

The band commented: \u201cWe are hoping to have a really good response from our fans. We want you all to be able to relate to the strong messages on this EP and find empowerment from it. We did experiment a lot more with this recording than our previous release. We picked the strongest songs we had written and also chose the ones that we felt complimented each other well. We feel this EP is darker but still melodic and embodies the same amount of energy that we convey live.\u201d<\/p>\n

Wings Of Agony<\/em> was produced by Luthar\u00f6 and mixed by Tyler Williams (Monolithic Productions). Mastering duties fell to Lasse Lammert at LSD-Studios in L\u00fcbeck, Germany.<\/p>\n
