Westhofen, Germany-based gothic metal group Crematory have filmed a music video for their cover of Distain!\u2019s \u2018Like The Tides\u2019, which can be viewed below. The original version of \u2018Like The Tides\u2019 appeared on German synth pop band Distain!\u2019s 1996 album [li:qu\u00edd]<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Speaking about the song, drummer Markus J\u00fcllich said: \u201cThis song has been a part of my life since the nineties and symbolizes an emotionally charged ballad, which is perfectly fitting for Crematory. I would say it\u2019s like the 2.0 version of our ballad \u2018Perils Of The Wind\u2019 [from Crematory\u2019s September 2000 album Believe<\/em>].\u201d<\/p>\n

Crematory issued 15th full-length studio album Unbroken<\/em> on March 6th, 2020 through Napalm Records.<\/p>\n

Equilibrium frontman Robse (aka Robert Dahn) contributes guest vocals on the title track.<\/p>\n

In addition, an official lyric video was created for the song \u2018The Downfall\u2019. All four clips can also be viewed below.<\/p>\n

Fourteenth studio record Oblivion<\/em> was released in April 2018 via Steamhammer \/ SPV.<\/p>\n
