Symphonic metal project The Dark Element, featuring former Nightwish vocalist Anette Olzon and ex-Sonata Arctica guitarist Jani Liimatainen, have filmed a music video for the track \u2018Not Your Monster\u2019. Directed by Patric Ullaeus, the clip can be viewed below.<\/p>\n

The Dark Element issue second full-length studio album Songs The Night Sings<\/em> on November 8th, 2019 through Frontiers Music Srl.<\/p>\n

Anette Olzon commented: \u201cIt\u2019s a thrill that we\u2019re releasing another album and for me it was even easier to record this one since me and Jani now know each other really well. For me, this album is bigger and better and I believe everyone who liked our debut will really like this one too. All I can say is that I already long to do another. Hep hep!\u201d<\/p>\n

Jani Liimatainen added: \u201cI think the album is very heavy, but still hyper melodic, and this time we are even exploring new musical territories we didn\u2019t on the previous album. Now that me and Anette have one album together under our belts, we have found the style we want to pursue and also the ideal way of working together. Given all this, I think it\u2019s safe to say that with this album you\u2019ll get even more of what made the
\nfirst album so good, only it\u2019s bigger, better and bolder!\u201d<\/p>\n
