Hamburg, Germany-based power metal band Velvet Viper issued fourth full-length studio album The Pale Man Is Holding A Broken Heart<\/em> on October 25th, 2019 through Massacre Records.<\/p>\n

The outing was produced, mixed and mastered by Tommy Newton at Area 51 Recording Studios in Celle, Germany.<\/p>\n

Cover artwork was created by Manfred Smietana.<\/p>\n
