IVORY TOWER Unveil Music Video For \u2018Passing\u2019 Track; Part Ways With Vocalist Dirk Meyer<\/strong><\/span>

Hamburg, Germany-based progressive metal band Ivory Tower have released a music video for the track \u2018Passing\u2019, which can be viewed below.<\/p>\n

Ivory Tower have also announced the departure of vocalist Dirk Meyer. The band issued the following statement: \u201cUnfortunately we had to decide as a band to continue without singer Dirk from now. A decision that was not an easy one and took a lot of time. We have done countless gigs together in the last seven years, released what we believe to be the best Ivory Tower album, Stronger<\/em>, had loads of fun together and achieved a lot of good things in general. We all wish Dirk the best and expressly emphasize to go apart without quarrel and resentment. Rock on Brother!\u201d<\/p>\n

Ivory Tower issued fifth full-length studio album Stronger<\/em> on August 23rd, 2019 through Massacre Records.<\/p>\n

The outing was mixed by guitarist Sven B\u00f6ge at Ivory Tower Studio in Kiel, Germany, and mastered by Tony Lindgren at Fascination Street Studios in \u00d6rebro, Sweden.<\/p>\n

Stronger<\/em> marks the first Ivory Tower album to feature vocalist Dirk Meyer, who replaced founding member Andr\u00e9 Fischer in 2013.<\/p>\n

Cover artwork was created by Jan Yrlund (Darkgrove Design).<\/p>\n

In addition, an official live performance video was released for the song \u2018Loser\u2019. All six clips can also be viewed below.<\/p>\n

Fourth studio record IV<\/em> was released in October 2011 via Dust On The Tracks.<\/p>\n
