Bethel, Connecticut-based metal band Sacred Oath issued live album Thunder Underground – Live From NYC<\/em> on May 24th, 2019 through Angel Thorne Music \/ ILS Group.<\/p>\n

Thunder Underground – Live From NYC<\/em> was recorded on the final night of the band\u2019s Twelve Bells At Midnight tour at Blackthorn 51 in Elmhurst, New York on January 5th, 2019.<\/p>\n

The album came as sort of a surprise to the band, who found out their performance was being professionally recorded only moments before they took the stage that night. \u201cAlexey (Menkov) was doing sound for us that night and as I was approaching the stage he grabbed my arm and asked me if it was okay to record the show,\u201d revealed Sacred Oath mainman Rob Thorne. \u201cIt caught me off guard, since it was already midnight and we\u2019d had no soundcheck that night, and I kinda shrugged and said whatever. I\u2019m glad he took that as a yes.\u201d<\/p>\n
