American rock musician Suzi Quatro has signed an album contract with SPV \/ Steamhammer, revealing this development on January 7th, 2019.<\/p>\n

Suzi Quatro commented: \u201cI am very pleased to be releasing my new album on SPV \/ Steamhammer. I am more than ready to rock \u2018n\u2019 roll my way into 2019!\u201d<\/p>\n

Olly Hahn, A&R\/product manager at Steamhammer, added: \u201cSuzi Quatro, the ultimate queen of rock \u2018n\u2019 roll, has now joined our roster at SPV. Many of us have grown up with her fantastic hits, so did I. That\u2019s why we feel proud and honoured to release her new studio album.\u201d<\/p>\n

New full-length studio album No Control<\/em> will be issued on March 29th. The effort contains 11 new songs (plus two bonus tracks), including a first-time collaboration with Suzi\u2019s son Richard Tuckey.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve never stopped releasing through the years,\u201d Quatro said. \u201cBack To The Drive<\/em> in 2006, In The Spotlight<\/em> in 2011, Quatro, Scott & Powell<\/em> in 2017. These albums were thought about and planned out in great detail. I\u2019m proud of all three releases, very proud. But my new album, No Control<\/em>, is its own animal.\u201d<\/p>\n

Lead single \u2018No Soul \/ No Control\u2019 arrives on February 15th, meanwhile.<\/p>\n

Previous studio record Quatro, Scott & Powell<\/em> – pairing Quatro alongside Sweet guitarist Andy Scott and Slade drummer Andy Powell – was released in 2017 via Warner Music Group.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
