Los Angeles, California-based thrash metal band Megadeth have filmed a music video for \u2018Killing Time: Chapter V\u2019. Once again directed by Leo Liberti, the video is the latest instalment of the band\u2019s multi-part short film that reveals the origins of Megadeth\u2019s iconic mascot Vic Rattlehead. All five instalments released so far can be viewed below<\/p>\n

Megadeth issued 16th full-length studio album The Sick, The Dying… And The Dead!<\/em><\/a> on September 2nd, 2022 through UMe.<\/p>\n

The Sick, The Dying… And The Dead!<\/em> was produced by frontman Dave Mustaine and Chris Rakestraw, who also helmed predecessor Dystopia<\/em>. Recording sessions took place at Mustaine\u2019s home studio in Nashville, Tennessee, with guitarist Kiko Loureiro and drummer Dirk Verbeuren. <\/p>\n

Bass parts for the album were recorded by Steve DiGiorgio (Testament \/ ex-Death), with James LoMenzo returning to the band\u2019s ranks following the conclusion of sessions.<\/p>\n

The outing was mixed by Josh Wilbur, while mastering duties fell to Ted Jensen.<\/p>\n

Cover artwork was created by Brent Elliott White.<\/p>\n

Directed by Leo Liberti, music videos were filmed for \u2018We\u2019ll Be Back: Chapter I\u2019, \u2018Night Stalkers: Chapter II\u2019, \u2018The Sick, The Dying… And The Dead!: Chapter III\u2019 and \u2018Life In Hell: Chapter IV\u2019. In addition, a visualiser video was released for the song \u2018Soldier On!\u2019. All five clips can also be viewed below.<\/p>\n

Fifteenth studio record Dystopia<\/em> was released<\/a> in January 2016 via Universal Music \/ Tradecraft \/ T-Boy Records.<\/p>\n
