New York-based death metal group Pyrexia have released an official lyric video for the track \u2018Angels Of Gomorrah\u2019, which can be viewed below.<\/p>\n

Founding guitarist Chris Basile commented: \u201cThe second single off the album Angels Of Gomorrah<\/em> really encompasses the theme of the album portraying the violent side of biblical writings. The story follows the Angels that attempt to save Lot and his family in Sodom and Gomorrah. And their subsequent destruction of the city and its people by Gods command. Musically This song is completely different from the last single we released as is the entire album. But it cuts into some deep riffs off this record and fits perfectly with the artwork.\u201d<\/p>\n

Pyrexia issue fifth full-length studio album Unholy Requiem<\/em> on September 14th, 2018 through Unique Leader Records.<\/p>\n

Unholy Requiem<\/em> was recorded, mixed, and mastered at Subsonic Audio by Chris Basile.<\/p>\n

Basile said of the album: \u201cThis album is definitely the band returning to its roots. It\u2019s dirty. It\u2019s raw. It\u2019s punishing. It\u2019s us. It\u2019s a hungry album and we fed it a strict diet of pain, sweat, and blast beats.\u201d<\/p>\n
