GAMA BOMB Release Sixth Studio Album \u2018Speed Between The Lines\u2019<\/strong><\/span>

Irish thrash metal group Gama Bomb issued sixth full-length studio album Speed Between The Lines<\/em><\/a> on October 12th, 2018 through AFM Records.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe title just popped into my head one night,\u201d explained frontman Philly Byrne. \u201cI\u2019d been listening to a lot of 50s rock and doo-wop, songs like \u2018Sixteen Candles\u2019 and \u2018Sweet Little Sixteen\u2019, and it just kinda morphed into this idea: what if somebody wrote a Satanic teen rebellion song?\u201d<\/p>\n

Bassist Joe McGuigan added: \u201cOur aim with this record was keep refining the Gama Bomb thrash formula. It\u2019s got faster and more punky riffing, battling axes and catchy, memorable choruses from Philly, who\u2019s back with the [Rob] Halford \/ [Joey] Belladona notes after injuring his voice a few years back.\u201d<\/p>\n

Speed Between The Lines<\/em> was produced by longtime Gama Bomb collaborator Scott Atkins.<\/p>\n

Speed Between The Lines<\/em> was made available in the following formats; compact disc, clear yellow gatefold vinyl (limited to 250 units), turquoise gatefold vinyl (limited to 250 units), and clear \/ red gatefold and vinyl red \/ black splatter (limited to 100 copies).<\/p>\n

Music videos were filmed for the tracks \u2018Bring Out The Monster\u2019, \u2018Give Me Leather\u2019 and \u2018We R Going 2 Eat U\u2019. In addition, an official lyric video was created for the song \u2018666teen\u2019. All four clips can also be viewed below.<\/p>\n

Fifth studio record Untouchable Glory<\/em> was released in October 2015 via AFM.<\/p>\n
