Norwegian black metal band Vreid issued eighth full-length studio album Lifehunger<\/em> on September 28th, 2018 through Season Of Mist.<\/p>\n

The outing can be streamed in its entirety via YouTube below.<\/p>\n

The band commented: \u201cSometimes everything is so dark, that you only see life. This album is all about the primordial hunger that keeps us marching forward. It\u2019s a celebration of the creative spirit, and a big fuck off to every obstacle on the way.\u201d<\/p>\n

Lifehunger<\/em> was recorded at Nabolaget studio in Oslo, Norway and produced by Anders Nordengen and Vreid bassist Jarle \u201cHv\u00e1ll\u201d Kv\u00e5le. Nordengen was also responsible for mixing duties, while mastering was handled by Ruben Willem.<\/p>\n

The track \u2018Hello Darkness\u2019 features guest vocals from S\u00f3lstafir\u2019s A\u00f0albj\u00f6rn Tryggvason.<\/p>\n

Cover artwork was created by Remi Julieb\u00f8 of Deformat.<\/p>\n
