Florida-based death metal group Monstrosity issued sixth full-length studio album The Passage Of Existence<\/em><\/a> on September 7th, 2018 through Metal Blade Records.<\/p>\n

The outing can be streamed in its entirety via YouTube below.<\/p>\n

Drummer Lee Harrison commented: \u201cFirst off, I present to you the master piece of masterpieces in the Monstrosity universe. This album requires a certain justice though and I ask you, as the listener, to properly step up to the task. Don\u2019t play this recording on a cheap portable radio or your tiny ear buds. This album was built to be played loud on a killer system. Do yourself that favour, at least for the first few times you play it. I know it\u2019s so horribly clich\u00e9 to say \u2018Play it Loud\u2019, but I can honestly say this album is made for that. Listen to it multiple times, too.<\/p>\n

\u201cThese songs are going to \u2018pop\u2019 live, too. Can\u2019t wait to bring these songs to the stage. I\u2019m curious to see the opinions. The response by the fans to the teaser clip we posted was super positive, so I\u2019ll be so glad when the single is released and the years of hard work finally come to fruition. Drums were tracked at Audiohammer Studios in Sanford, Florida with Jason Suecof, over the course of a week. Guitar and bass was tracked at Ascension Sound in Tampa, Florida, while vocals were tracked at Obituary\u2019s \u2018Redneck Studios\u2019 in Gibsonton, Florida. <\/p>\n

Mixing was handled by Mark Lewis.<\/p>\n
