South-west Florida-based blues rock group The Apocalypse Blues Revue have made the track \u2018Nobody Rides For Free\u2019 available for streaming via YouTube, which can be accessed below.<\/p>\n

The Apocalypse Blues Revue issue second full-length studio album The Shape Of Blues To Come<\/em> on July 20th, 2018 through Provogue \/ Mascot Label Group.<\/p>\n

The outing was recorded with producer Dave Fortman at The Vibe Recording Studios in Fort Myers, south-west Florida. Closing track \u2018Noumenal Blues\u2019 consists of a duet with Nancy Koerner.<\/p>\n

Drummer Shannon Larkin commented: \u201cOur mission is to see if Apocalypse can reshape the shape of blues to come. We\u2019re a different shade of blue. Our approach is to write and play as a traditional blues band. Our original influences came from (Led) Zeppelin, Johnny Winter, Stevie Ray Vaughan. We came to the blues later in life, and we\u2019ve found our groove and sound, and it sounds unique and original to us. We don\u2019t try to hide our rock influences, it comes through creating a new shade of blue.\u201d<\/p>\n
