As you can see, we are working hard and rehearsing our songs that will be appearing on our debut album coming out later this year. You all will be very pleased with what you hear.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Prior to signing to Agonia Records, Fire For Effect played several gigs, released initial three-track demo <em>Into The Breach<\/em>, and reviewed several other record deal offers. Originally launched as the solo project of guitarist Gio Geraca, Fire For Effect took shape when Bret Hoffmann assumed vocal duties, with the duo subsequently exiting Malevolent Creation.<\/p>\n<p>Briefly joining were bassist Tony Choy, currently of Atheist and formerly of Cynic and Pestilence, and Suffocation\u2019s founding drummer in Mike Smith.
