The songs we chose to cover on this album reflect that story. They are touchstones from that point in time. The inspiration we gleaned from these bands and these songs carries through our work and our creative pursuits, even to this day. I soon discovered this super-smart American punk rock &#8211; very caustic, and deeply sardonic about the murky side of the human experience. That got me into Steve Albini\u2019s future bands Shellac and Rapeman &#8211; and all the noisy smart punk rock on labels like AmRep and Touch &#038; Go. \u2018Kerosene\u2019 was one of their biggest songs, if they even had one. It speaks to small-town boredom.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A rehearsal performance video was filmed for a cover rendition of The Acc\u00fcsed\u2019s \u2018Inherit The Earth\u2019, directed by Travis Shinn. <\/p>\n<p>Both clips can be viewed below.<\/p>\n<p>Seventh studio record <em>VII: Sturm Und Drang<\/em> (under the Lamb Of God name) was <a href=\"\/site\/news-lamb-of-god-release-seventh-album-vii-sturm-und-drang\/\">released<\/a> in July 2015 in Europe via Nuclear Blast Entertainment.
