The outing was cut between 1988-1989 at Morrisound Recording in Tampa, Florida, with Scott Burns handling production and engineering duties. Burns mixed <em>Slowly We Rot<\/em> alongside brothers John Tardy (vocals) and Donald Tardy (drums), with Mike Fuller mastering the effort.
