Dutch thrash \/ death metal band Izegrim issued four-song EP Beheaded By Trust<\/em> on March 23rd, 2018.<\/p>\n

Guitarist Jeroen Wechgelaer commented: \u201cA different studio, concept and a fresh approach on songwriting, this digipak EP marks a new beginning for us! It will be launched as an old-school DIY-release: straight from us to the fans! However, this absolutely doesn\u2019t mean that we have ended the collaboration with Listenable Records. On the contrary, it is just a taste of great things to come.\u201d<\/p>\n

The outing was recorded, mixed and mastered during December 2017 at Kohlekeller Studio in Seeheim-Jugenheim, Germany.<\/p>\n

Directed by Sebastiaan Spijker and featuring footage filmed during the band\u2019s appearence at the 2018 Eindhoven Metal Meeting festival on December 15th, a music video was released for the track \u2018Retraumatized\u2019. In addition, an official lyric video was created for the title track. Both clips can be viewed below.<\/p>\n

Fifth studio record The Ferryman\u2019s End<\/em> was released<\/a> in March 2016.<\/p>\n
