BLACK STONE CHERRY Launch Music Video For \u2018My Last Breath\u2019 Track<\/strong><\/span>

Edmonton, Kentucky-based rock group Black Stone Cherry have filmed a music video for the track \u2018My Last Breath\u2019. Directed by Mike Rodway, the clip can be viewed below.<\/p>\n

The band stated: \u201cThis video is incredibly special and personal for not only us, but to so many others around the world! The fact that so many people opened up their hearts and shared some of the most emotional and personal messages on camera is what makes this so touching, vulnerable, and in our opinion, one of a kind. We truly hope this song will resound in your hearts and in your souls, and stir up that overwhelming, yet beautiful thought, \u2018If all I had left was my breath, here what I\u2019d spend it on…\u2019.\u201d<\/p>\n

Black Stone Cherry issued sixth full-length studio album Family Tree<\/em> on April 20th, 2018 through Mascot Records \/ Mascot Label Group.<\/p>\n

Drummer John Fred commented: \u201cFamily Tree<\/em> showcases all of our collective musical influences and how we have taken those to create something that is truly our own unique Southern American rock \u2019n\u2019 roll sound.\u201d<\/p>\n

The outing was produced by Black Stone Cherry, and recorded at David Barrick\u2019s Barrick Recording in Glasgow, Kentucky – the same location where Black Stone Cherry recorded its eponymous debut (2006). Family Tree<\/em> features a guest appearance from frontman Chris Robertson\u2019s five-year-old son, who contributes backing vocals to \u2018You Got The Blues\u2019, while Gov\u2019t Mule\u2019s Warren Haynes can be heard on \u2018Dancing In The Rain\u2019.<\/p>\n

Fifth studio record Kentucky<\/em> was released<\/a> in April 2016 via Mascot Label Group.<\/p>\n
