It was John\u2019s (Douglas) idea to write a narrative, so I took <em>A Fine Day To Exit<\/em> as the starting point.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Frontman Vincent Cavanagh elaborates further on the earlier album\u2019s artwork influence: \u201cThe guy who disappeared \u2013 you never knew what happened to him, did he start a new life? Did he succumb to his fate? It was never explained.
