UNLEASH THE ARCHERS Release Fourth Studio Album \u2018Apex\u2019<\/strong><\/span>

Vancouver, BC, Canada-based power \/ melodic death metal group Unleash The Archers issued fourth full-length studio album Apex<\/em> on June 2nd, 2017 through Napalm Records.<\/p>\n

The band commented: \u201cWe are extremely excited to release another full on concept album; it\u2019s just so much fun to play out a story when you\u2019re up on stage. This one has a protagonist that we call \u2018The Immortal’ being forced to serve the antagonist, a.k.a. \u2018The Matriarch’ as she embarks down a very dark path to achieve immortality.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe had a great time writing this record, and I think the cohesiveness of the story has really shone through in the music as well. It has a certain vibe throughout, from beginning to end, and we can\u2019t wait to hear what our fans have to say about the direction this album has taken.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe don\u2019t like to write the same record over and over again and we are very happy with the progression of our sound on Apex<\/em>. We think it will appeal to all of our fans old and new; it has the best parts of our past albums combined into one with just a little more spit and polish.\u201d<\/p>\n

Directed by Richard Olak, a music video was filmed for the track \u2018Cleanse The Bloodlines\u2019, while a full band playthrough video was released for the song \u2018Awakening\u2019. In addition, official lyric videos were created for the tracks \u2018The Matriarch\u2019 and \u2018Ten Thousand Against One\u2019. All four clips can be viewed below.<\/p>\n

Third studio record Time Stands Still<\/em> was released<\/a> in June 2015.<\/p>\n
