Tampa, Florida-based death metal group Morbid Angel have released a music video for the track \u2018Garden Of Disdain\u2019. Produced by Nadar Sadek, the clip can be viewed below.<\/p>\n

Sadek commented: \u201cMy intention is to create a visual parallel to the song, a theme which repeats, yet within the loop-lay textures are controlled twists and turns. It was a bonus that I had the opportunity to use Sumerian iconography as well as obscure symbols of the pre-ancient past such as the Merkaba, a galaxy-roaming vessel.\u201d<\/p>\n

Vocalist \/ bassist Steve Tucker added: \u201cNader does some of the most interesting and dark visual art I have ever seen. We were excited to work with him and see our musical ideas put into such amazing visuals!\u201d<\/p>\n

Morbid Angel issued ninth full-length studio album Kingdoms Disdained<\/em><\/a> on December 1st, 2017 through Silver Lining Music, with JVC handling Japanese release.<\/p>\n

The outing was recorded at Mana Recording in St. Petersburg, Florida with producer and former Morbid Angel guitarist Erik Rutan.<\/p>\n

Performing drum duties on the album is Annihilated member Scott Fuller. The platter will mark the first Morbid Angel outing to feature Tucker since September 2003\u2019s Heretic<\/em>. Tucker\u2019s re-entry into Morbid Angel\u2019s ranks was confirmed<\/a> on June 15th, 2015, signalling the departure of David Vincent. The exit of drummer Tim Yeung was disclosed<\/a> that same day.<\/p>\n

Cover artwork was created by Irish mixed-media artist Ken Coleman.<\/p>\n
